This year's public transport quality barometer began last week. Until mid-November, the service quality of the participating transport companies from Austria and Germany will be determined and compared in two survey waves. Measurements will be taken in the areas of vehicles, employees, sales points and stops, among others.
With a total of 13 participants (including three new customers), the record number of participants in 2020 was once again achieved. The Q-Barometer is taking place for the eighth time this year and has established itself as a benchmark study in the field of public transport service quality.
