In the first week of April, the eighth Q-Barometer workshop took place over two days in Nuremberg. Of the 13 transport companies participating in our popular benchmark study for public transport, eight companies from Augsburg, Frankfurt, Fürth, Kassel, Munich, Nuremberg, Offenbach and Salzburg took part in the workshop. At the end of the first day, the participants enjoyed a tour of Nuremberg on the historic tram and were able to relax a little.
The highlight of the second day was the opening speech by Tim Dahlmann-Resing, who, in his role as a member of the VAG board and VDV vice president, emphasised the importance of high service quality in public transport and thus the relevance of the work of the public transport quality managers present.
We would like to thank all participants for the very successful event and look forward to the next round of the Q-Barometer in 2026.
