Quality Assessment


We measure and review the service quality provided by transport companies throughout the year. We pinpoint the strengths and weaknesses in the system and identify opportunities for improvement. The legally binding information can also be used to achieve the agreed-on quality objectives. The contents of the evaluations include the appearance of the vehicles, stops, stations and service facilities, the behaviour and manners of the operating and service staff, passenger information as well as complaint management and service telephone lines. Additionally, we offer focused surveys covering all areas that can have temporary special meaning for the transport operators, for instance ratings of the service quality of collective taxis, night bus lines, taxis for women or valid ticket checks.
