VAG Verkehrs-Aktiengesellschaft Nürnberg is the modern mobility provider in the city of Nuremberg with underground trains, trams, buses and rental bicycles. In organisational terms, it is a subsidiary of Städtische Werke Nürnberg (Nuremberg Municipal Works).
